Currently, I only offer shipping within the United Kingdom.A flat rate of £4.99 will be applied to all orders at checkout.

PACKING MATERIALS

As a ceramist, my work is deeply rooted in what the Earth provides. In gratitude for these natural resources, I am committed to minimizing the environmental footprint of my business.

To ensure our impact remains as small as possible, I use only biodegradable/recyclable/reused packaging materials. Every piece sent from my studio is wrapped with the planet’s future in mind.

COLLECTION

To support our commitment to sustainability and minimize unnecessary packaging waste from shipping, I highly recommend local collection.

All orders are available for pickup at my studio in Bermondsey, London (SE16 4DG). If you prefer this option, please contact me via email to arrange a convenient collection time. Please remember to include your Order Number in your message. I will have your pieces carefully packed and ready for you!

RETURN & REFUND

Returns are only accepted for incorrect items sent by mistake.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the incorrect item in its packaging in the message.

The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and wrapped reasonably and carefully to prevent damage during shipping.

Once the error is specified, I will provide a replacement for the correct item or full refund to the original payment method depending the stock availability.
